Ministry of Education gets new Deputy Minister |

The President of the Republic of Zambia in his recent Cabinet reshuffles appointed a second Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Education. Hon. Richard Taima was recently appointed as Deputy Minister to join the other Deputy Minister who is Hon. Clement Sinyinda.
The appointment of Hon. Taima now completes the management which is: Dora Siliya Minister of Education; Clement Sinyinda and Richard Taima Deputy Ministers; Lillian E.L Kapulu (Mrs) and Dr James Mulungushi as Permanent Secretaries. Mrs Kapulu is Permanent Secretary- Human Resource and Administration and controls the following wings: Directorate of Human Resource and Administration; Directorate of Planning and Information; Accounts and Audit; and the Purchases and Supplies unit. Dr Mulungushi is Permanent Secretary-Education and Specialised Services and Curriculum. He controls the following wings: Standards and curriculum, Education and specialized Services
