The Permanent Secretary – Administration, in the Ministry of Energy, Dr Chisangano Francesca Zyambo led a team of officials from the Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Finance and National Planning Audit Department to The United Republic Of Tanzania.The Team was on a fact finding mission on Marine and Bulk Supply Mechanisms in the Fuel Supply Chain. 
It is important to note that Zambia imports all its petroleum products (Diesel, Petrol, Jet A-1) and lubricants. Zambia being landlocked, the Port at Dar es Salaam plays a critical role in the importation of fuel via sea transport. The team paid a courtesy call at the Zambian High Commission where they met the High Commisioner, Mr Jere.
The team also had an in-depth discussions with officials from Tanzania Port Authority, Petroleum Bull Supply Agency and TAZAMA
