These Guidelines have been developed to provide competitive, fair and transparent criteria and procedures for OMCs to supply LSG using the pipeline. The effective application of the requirements set out in these Guidelines will ultimately culminate in the creation of a robust platform for the importation of LSG, which will foster transparency and confidence in the TAZAMA Open Access Mechanism.
