The Ministry of Energy with support from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office(FCDO) through the Green Cities, Infrastructure and Energy Programme(GCEIP) has developed the following documents aimed at enhancing private sector participation in the development of power projects in Zambia:
a) Competitive Procurement Framework for Private Sector investment in Renewable Energy.
b) Tax and Non-Tax Incentives Framework for Electricity Development in Zambia.
